The Box Office phoneline is manned Weekdays from 9.30am-5pm.
The Shaw box office is open 1 hour before a performance.
Please note as a hire-only venue, some events are ticketed by external companies.

The Ground floor of the Shaw Theatre (including Box Office, Row A, Foyer, Bar, Stage and Backstage areas) is step free and accessible to Wheelchair Users.
There is an accessible/step free toilet located on the Ground Floor next to the box office.

The Shaw Theatre companion ticket policy is to offer one free ticket for the carer of a disabled person who is not able to attend the event unaccompanied.
There are several onstreet parking bays for blue badge holders in Ossulston Street (adjacent to the Shaw Theatre entrance). Please visit the London Borough of Camden website www.camden.gov.uk/parking for more information and council specific Blue Badge arrangements.
Assistance dogs are allowed inside the auditorium.
The Shaw auditorium has a hearing loop system - please enquire in advance of the event to arrange.
